All payments including “Retainer Fee” are Non-Refundable. Any issues that fall upon PROV 31 BAKERY LLC, will be reviewed by my discretion. A refund if any will be assessed accordingly.

Ordering Policy Pictures for inspiration are welcomed and greatly appreciated. However, we cannot duplicate an exact replica of another artist’s work. We will come as close as possible to your desired design. No SAME DAY ORDERS will be accepted. As to provide excellent service, our creations require love, attention to detail, and time to create. Custom Cake Orders require a 2 WEEKS NOTICE. Orders placed within that notice will be charged a $35 RUSH FEE. PARTY PACKAGES Party Packages require a 3 WEEKS NOTICE.
